Important Notice:
Returns sent without authorization or without the provided return label may be refused and returned to the sender.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your package immediately upon delivery.

- Defective or malfunctioning

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or operational limitations. These include:

- Hazardous, chemical, or flammable materials
- Shipping fees paid at checkout
Additionally, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds:

Exchanges
At this time, Zanvori does not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to receive a different product, please follow these steps:
- Submit a return request for the original item
- Wait for approval and complete the return process
- Place a new order for the desired replacement item
This method helps ensure faster processing and accurate inventory management.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
During this period, customers may return their purchase without providing a reason.
Conditions for withdrawal:
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
- All packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
This statutory right operates independently from Zanvori’s standard 30-day return policy.
Refund Processing Time
After your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

Return Shipping Information
Returned products must only be shipped after receiving official return authorization and using the return label provided by Zanvori. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
